Please read these Terms of Service (“Agreement”) carefully before using our services. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If these terms and conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these terms.

Allergy Disclaimer
Our menu items may contain nuts, dairy products, or other ingredients that may cause allergic reactions in some individuals. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from allergens. Please inform us of any allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering. We assume no liability for adverse reactions to food consumed, or items one may come in contact with while eating at our restaurant or ordering from us.
Ordering and Delivery
You may place orders for pick up or delivery through online ordering system. Delivery times are estimates only and may be subject to delays or interruptions beyond our control. We will make every effort to fulfill your order within a reasonable time frame. However, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders at our discretion. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please contact us immediately.
Table Reservations
- Table reservations can be made online, by phone or in person.
- A reservation is not confirmed until the restaurant contacts the customer to confirm the reservation.
- The restaurant reserves the right to cancel a reservation if the customer is more than 15 minutes late.
- The restaurant reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, including customers who arrive more than 15 minutes late for their reservation.
Payment and Refunds
We accept payment through our online system. All payments must be made in full at the time of ordering. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us immediately.
Intellectual Property
All content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is our property or the property of our content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of our services, use of our services, or access to our services without our express written consent.
